Thank you for shopping with Britt's Botanical Solutions! We take great care in preparing and shipping your plants so they arrive healthy and happy. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically shipped out on Fridays.
Once shipped, orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Our flat-rate shipping costs are as follows:

Base Rate: $10.00
Each Additional Item: +$2.00

Winter Shipping & Heat Packs

To protect your plants during colder months, heat packs are available for purchase during winter. We strongly recommend adding one to your order if temperatures in your area fall below 45°F. Britt's Botanical Solutions is not responsible for cold damage when a heat pack was not purchased.

Shipping Delays

We may delay shipping during extreme weather conditions to protect the health of your plants. If a delay occurs, we will contact you by email.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
