Refund & Return Policy

At Britt’s Botanical Solutions, we strive to ensure that your plants arrive healthy and vibrant. Due to the nature of live plants, we have a limited return and refund policy outlined below.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or issue refunds for plants that arrive dead or severely damaged. All refund or return requests are subject to Britt’s Botanical Solutions’ discretion.

Partial Refunds

If your plant arrives with minor cosmetic damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your package's delivery date. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

Photo Evidence Required

To process your claim quickly, please email us at matthew@brittsbotanicalsolutions.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the plant(s) and packaging condition upon arrival

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests if sufficient proof of damage or condition is not provided.

Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not require the return of damaged plants, but if we request a return, return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants in healthy condition

  • Items damaged due to neglect, incorrect care, or environmental conditions after arrival

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
